Gamdom first launched within the Esports space providing frictionless payment transactions, but has now turned its attention to the online casino space. Symplify has been taken on to optimise Gamdom’s CRM capability and Omni-channel marketing strategies.

The crypto casino operator is now in position to engage with its audience through email, sms, web push, app push, print, dynamic web, social and voice. Symplify’s CRM skill set will provide the catalyst for Gamdom to quickly establish itself within the iGaming sector by amplifying player experiences across a wide selection of channels, all from one easy-to-use interface.

The high-tech Campaign and Customer journey builder programmes from Symplify will also give Gamdom the ability to heighten its user engagement approach. Symplify’s solution lets Gamdom design hyper personalised customer lifecycle journeys in real time using customer events and campaigns.

Symplify’s CEO Robert Kimber said: “We’re very pleased that Gamdom trusted us to grow its iGaming operation as it builds on the successes from the Esports domain. Our ability to communicate with players in a highly-personalised manner will drive its expansion and ensure the company’s unique offering is recognised.”

Gamdom’s Head of Marketing Christoffer Andersson said: “Symplify is the perfect partner to help us establish ourselves within the iGaming industry in a short space of time. Peter & Sons and Yggdrasil have partnered up for a dystopian adventure where rusting wrecks border the reels in latest launch Wild One.

The 6×4, 4,096 payline title brings a high volatility gameplay combined with the studio’s distinct visual art style for an action-packed thrill ride, filled to the brim with features and wilds.

Cascading wins are present throughout the game, with all winning symbols dissolving and new ones dropping down. There is a top reel above the game which can see wilds queued up, landing onto the reels below if there is space.

Multiple separate wilds can land, including Unbreakable Wilds, Expanding Wilds and Multiplier Wilds, all of which can be unlocked as players progress through the tier levels. Unbreakable ones stay on the reels even when participating in wins, while Expanding ones cover the entire reels for enhanced win potential. Multiplier Wilds can create huge wins if they land in a winning combination, with multipliers of up to 10x able to land.

Two scatter symbols will trigger the Scatter Blast feature, which will remove all symbols in a 3×3 square around the scatter, triggering an additional cascade for an increased chance of launching the bonus round. Two scatter blasts will increase the Wild level as well, unlocking the different styles of wilds.

Three or more scatters will trigger the free spins, awarding at least 10 free spins. During this mode, players are transported to an underground reelset, where wilds appear more often throughout the round and modified wilds can land on any reel for spectacular win potential. There’s no limit to the amount of cascades that can land at any time, with a max win potential of 5,000x, and respins can be retriggered if three Scatters land again.

It becomes the latest Peter & Sons title released through the YG Masters program, following Water Blox Gigablox™ and the award-winning Xibalba.

The title is powered by GATI, with Yggdrasil’s state-of-the-art technology enabling partners to employ the preconfigured, regulation-ready, standardised development toolkit to consistently produce cutting-edge content followed by rapid distribution.

Stuart McCarthy, Head of Product and Programs at Yggdrasil, said: “Peter & Sons keeps going from strength to strength as part of the YG Masters program, recently winning an award at the CasinoBeats Game Developer awards, and with the depth of its offering you can see why.

“Wild One brings an intense, post-apocalyptic environment to life, filled with wilds as players look to pile up the wins amongst the wreckage of civilisation.”

Yann Bautista, Business Development Manager at Peter & Sons, said: “We look to bring immersive, exciting content to the market with all our games, while telling a thrilling narrative, and Wild One is no different.

“Packed with multiple styles of wilds, we’re able to bring huge win potential alongside a unique theme to create one wild ride!”

3 Oaks Gaming, the fast-growing casino games and marketing tools distributor, has signed a significant integration deal with iSoftBet, that will see its complete portfolio of games available on the provider’s Games Aggregation Platform.

The agreement will see 3 Oaks’ content from its studio partners such as Magic Apple 2 and Fish Reef Megaways™, as well as classic titles such as Book of Wizard and 3 Coins Egypt.

Partnering with iSoftBet will see 3 Oaks’ portfolio exposed to operators globally, significantly boosting its reach in key regulated markets as it looks to maintain the impressive momentum experienced in the last six months.

Sebastian Damian, Managing Director at 3 Oaks Gaming, said: “iSoftBet is a major provider and aggregator in the industry and this is an important commercial deal for us as we look to further our footprint across regulated markets.”

Federica Faggiano, Chief Commercial Officer at iSoftBet, said: “3 Oaks brings interesting concepts to market, be it an array of Hold and Win titles or exciting Megaways™ games. We’re very excited to add them to our aggregation roster and look forward to a positive working relationship.”

Innovative partnership heralds exciting proposition for operators looking to add sports betting to their product suite

ATLAS-IAC, a leading Lisbon-based sportsbook and PAM software developer recently relocated from Kiev, has partnered with RPM Gaming, the rising star of digital and retail betting, in order to launch a highly automated “no-risk” sportsbook ahead of this week’s key igaming summit in Amsterdam, iGB Live! (5-8 July).

RPM Gaming has added sales, account management and operations expertise to ATLAS-IAC’s exciting technology business to bring to market the very latest advances in AI technology, in-house CRM tools and automated trading.

Furthermore, should any operator seek to mitigate the downside by integrating the new cutting-edge sportsbook, this dedicated and innovative partnership will now underwrite all the trading risk for running its services as a statement in the ability of its underlying sports betting platform to deliver in any market.

This step-change sportsbook can now be integrated as an iFrame on a no-risk structure, and runs off ATLAS-IAC’s unique pricing models – allowing customers to enjoy sophisticated and reactive in-play odds up to the last second of a game, with competitive pricing on all sports. This partnership arrives in perfect time for this summer’s sporting extravaganza, alongside a benchmark football World Cup to follow later this year.

Powered by live data and machine-learning AI tools, ATLAS-IAC’s automated software now enables smaller operator teams to focus on marketing decisions and eliminate the manual labour required to run most legacy systems. To which end, the ATLAS-IAC sportsbook provides flexible and modular solutions to support each customer’s bespoke operational strategy.

This sports betting solution is also paired with a proprietary player account management (PAM) platform, which is integrated with the sector’s finest suppliers across casino games content, virtual sports, free-to-play games and flexible payment-processing options, affiliate systems and responsible KYC databases. It also harnesses proprietary BI and CRM tools which mitigate customer abandonment at a time of tightening and coalescing international regulation.

ATLAS-IAC’s state-of-the-art tech and agile tools help overcome local regulatory challenges with a light physical deployment backed up by centralised control systems, delivered in conjunction with RPM Gaming.

RPM Gaming Director, Richard Thorp, said: “We’re thrilled to have teamed up with the genuine geniuses behind ATLAS-IAC, and we look forward to a long and fruitful future together, partnering with a host of new operator and casino collaborations around our leading sportsbook technology.

“ATLAS-IAC and RPM now provide brands with everything needed to run a responsible sports betting and gaming business, complete with full reporting, social responsibility tools, bonusing tools, segmentation, payments and data analytics. And with “no-risk” trading available for any would-be partners uncertain about taking the leap, our unique underwriting seal of approval sets us apart from the competition in terms of trading capability and commitment to making all our partnerships work.

“iGB Live! has always been one of my favourite summits in one of my favourite cities. Amsterdam’s convivial backdrop seems the perfect place to take the wraps off the best kept secret in sports betting: ATLAS-IAC. I’m already impressed with the quality, quantity and diversity of the delegates on site, so I can’t wait to catch up with old and new friends alike.”

Sergei Efimenko, CEO of ATLAS-IAC, added: “We’re thrilled to have joined forces with the seasoned professionals at RPM Gaming, whose leadership team boasts decades of sports betting experience at the forefront of the industry.

“ATLAS-IAC will use iGB Live! to showcase its entire portfolio of innovative betting products and trading tools, all of which have all been developed in line with our mission statement to advance the industry’s move towards true automation.

“Witnessing the demand of the market, and the way operations are currently run, we strongly believe that the future is in automation of all the operational processes: trading, risk management, antifraud and CRM. You don’t need rows of staff to run a strong and successful business. Instead you need flexible, fully scalable software with maximum automation that will enable our elite, skilled team to set up and control all your processes. We believe the greatest risk to any betting business is to stay with a non-performing technology, and most operators will soon come to see this clearly.

“The ATLAS-IAC and RPM Gaming team will be on stand L70 throughout the week.”
